Questions? Answers!
What type of lighting fixture is the tarm RISE 300?
The tarm RISE 300 is an extremely bright hybrid moving light with extraordinary visibility and efficiency.
It is designed as a versatile all-rounder for both indoor and outdoor use, featuring a wide zoom range that allows for everything from a tight, sharp beam to very wide angles for wash-like effects. This flexibility makes the tarm RISE 300 a highly adaptable lighting fixture for various applications.
Is the tarm RISE 300 a laser system or a conventional moving head?
The tarm RISE 300 is a conventional moving head, but instead of a traditional light source, it utilizes a laser. This unique combination merges the precision of a laser system – delivering a sharp beam right from its point of origin – with the versatility of a moving head. The result is a user-friendly fixture with high light output and optimized beam quality, ensuring a consistently crisp look across its entire zoom range.
Do I need special knowledge to operate the tarm RISE 300?
No, you don’t. The tarm RISE 300 works like a normal moving head and can easily be controlled with normal DMX / Art-Net lighting desks. It is rated as a laser class 1, so any laser safety related context refers to the class 1 requirements. The lamp safety class is risk group 3, so you must consider the user manual to learn about safe handling and use of this product.
