The tarm VANQUISH is a conventional moving head, but instead of a traditional light source, it utilizes a native RGB laser-based light engine, designed, developed and manufactured by LaserAnimation Sollinger and tarm. This unique combination merges the precision of a laser system – delivering an ultra-sharp beam right from its point of origin – with the versatility of a moving head. The result is a user-friendly fixture with exceptionally high light output and minimal beam divergence, ensuring a consistently tight beam over long distances.
Do I need special knowledge to operate the tarm VANQUISH?
No, you don’t. The tarm VANQUISH works like a normal moving head and can easily be controlled with normal DMX / Art-Net lighting desks. It is rated as a laser class 1, so any laser safety related context refers to the class 1 requirements. The lamp safety class is risk group 3, so you must consider the user manual to learn about safe handling and use of this product.
