The most conspicuous features of our state-of-the-art LASER DMX COMMANDER are its compact dimensions and ergonomic control panel. Everything needed for running a live show employing a laser system equipped with an optical bench has been incorporated into its 19“, 2-HU, rack-mounting housing.
Our LASER DMX COMMANDER provides ten DMX‑channels configured as flash-memory functions. It can control RGB‑channels via rotary encoders, actuate the beam shutter, and regulate the speeds of the art-effect motors.
Its automatic beam shutter automatically actuates when a beam effect is called up, even while the scanner is running, and subsequently re-enables the scanner once the beam effect or chase has been switched off.
Another highlight is its effect-chase engine that provides exceedingly simple means for saving a beam sequence or series of effects and playing it back at variable speeds. A total of ten memories that are capable of storing up to 25‑steps each and may be addressed either directly when running in chaser mode or via their associated keys are available for that purpose.
LASER DMX COMMANDER comes equipped with two rows of five flash keys, each of which has an associated memory key situated directly above it, six easy-to-use, top-quality, rotary encoders, and a large, illuminated, graphics display for intuitive, live use.
The DMX‑channels for the respective functions may be arbitrarily assigned from its setup menu. A maximum of fifteen DMX‑channels, which, however, may be arbitrarily arranged within the DMX‑pool, are supported.
